A journey to a new me told through pictures, posts, and a penchant for positive thoughts.
I'm Jayme, and I'm 20 years old. This is kind of a secret blog of mine. I won't freak out if anyone I know finds this but I wanted to have a true chance to blog about some personal issues that are close to the heart.
All of my life I've been an emotional eater. I've gone up and down in size more times than I can count. I went on Weight Watchers my junior year and lost fifteen pounds and had a breast reduction that allowed me to lose five more. I felt great at my lowest weight of 155.
However, my mom passed away a few years ago and now I find myself fifty pounds heavier than I could've ever imagined. Emotional eating overtook my life once again. I've whined, I've moaned and I've blamed my shotty metabolism for enough years....now is the time I finally do something about it.
I believe I can be beautiful.
I believe that eventually I'm going to change the way I see myself and change how I look starting from the inside out. I plan to make my weight loss journey a successful one, even though I've failed many times in the past.
How I Plan to Lose It: With the help of Weight Watchers once more I'm going to eat better and watch my portions (my biggest weakness) slowly, I'll implement a workout routine. It'll be very basic and miniscule until I feel I can get better with it. Either way, I'm taking small steps and by doing so, hope to stay motivated and become one smokin' hot gal!!
Wish me luck :) :) :) :)

the-wretched-harmony: I made this before and after because I finally noticed how significant a difference there is! I’m 5’5”, my highest recorded weight was 212 (around when the first picture was taken) and my current weight is 170. I’m hoping to lose 25-35 pounds by next summer :)

Hi hun! Thank you so much for the follow! I will most certainly follow your weight loss blog. AND YES! Yes we can =] good luck!!!!
I feel like I’m failing, but then again, I have to realize that what I look like now is still way better than what I looked like in the beginning of this year. What a bummer though; I thought I’d be farther along…oh well.
